With ledger being attacked after their new product announcement I am now seeing some posts regarding a trezor vulnerability that can leak the seed phrase. However I cannot find anything related when searching the internet. The person posting would not provide evidence and then deleted their comments and account… lol
From what I have seen it only seems to be a risk if you are worried about physical access, but I am not 100% sure. (Also not worried about physical access just remote)
I use a 12 word seed phrase, only have ever entered it on my Trezor Model T, and and I wrote it down on paper. Am I safe? I am not worried about physical access just remote. I only use it as a cold wallet. I just transfer my crypto to it, I never interact with contracts or any website with it. Only for deposits and eventually withdrawals years down the road.
Does anyone know about this vulnerability? Looking for creditable info/sources.
Thanks!
