Ein US-amerikanisches Insolvenzgericht in Delaware hat entschieden, dass die insolvente Krypto-Börse FTX ihre Krypto-Bestände verkaufen darf. Das geht aus einem Bericht der Nachrichtenagentur Reuters hervor.
Demnach darf FTX bis zu 100 Millionen US-Dollar pro Woche in Kryptowährungen liquidieren. Außerdem ist es der Krypto-Börse laut Urteil erlaubt, Hedging- und Staking-Services in Anspruch zu nehmen. Damit soll sich die Krypto-Börse vor der Kursvolatilität absichern können und die Möglichkeit haben, passives Einkommen zu generieren.
Falls die zwei Ausschüsse, die die Kunden von FTX und dem US-amerikanischen Ableger vertreten, zustimmen, dürfte die Krypto-Börse ihre Liquidierung sogar auf 200 Millionen US-Dollar pro Woche erhöhen.
