Kucoin being shady?

I had posted something about ctsi in this sub a couple weeks ago, so I have had my eye on it. Two nights ago ctsi had a pretty nice pump, up 20% from its average price that it had been trading at. There wasn’t any major news that was released about the project, so I figured it would be prime candidate to drop back to it’s normal price, and shorting it could bring in some pretty nice profits. I made my way to the kucoin futures section, and was immediately suspicious to find a big yellow “under maintenance” tab. Fast forward 10 hours and ctsi is back down to where it was originally trading at. Is it just me, or that shady as hell? This could have been very profitable to short. I’m still a bit new to posting on here, and I haven’t figured out how to post a picture with my text, but I did take a picture of this under maintenance screen as proof.
