My account is temporarily suspended for withdrawals [RW00142]

I’ve been utilizing Binance for the previous few years, every thing was very clean until lately, Feb 13 (Monday). I was suspended from withdrawing and acquired a face confirmation request from Binance. I followed the request but then the withdrawal was rejected for the rationale of “Danger management”. after which get the message

“Withdrawal perform briefly suspended

[RW00142] Your account could also be in danger. With a purpose to maintain your funds protected, withdrawals have been briefly disabled. Please contact Customer Help for additional help.”

I contacted help, they transferred my request to an “professional”, and my account was “beneath evaluation” by them.

6 days passed and no progress, no reason why I was suspended from withdrawing. once I reminded them, they only informed me to wait and wait, be affected person.

most of my wealth is in Binance account, this messes up my plans rather a lot, misses a variety of different alternatives.

Is my case too difficult? Or are the “specialists” inexperienced? Or they intentionally delay inflicting hassle for me.
