The reason most of the people invest more than they can afford to lose is because what they can afford to lose won’t make them enough

You always see people saying that you shouldn’t invest more than you can afford to lose and I kind of agree with that, except that the reason people do it most of the time is because what they can actually afford to lose won’t make them enough. So they afford more because they want to make more, risking the money they have left.

But I think if that’s the situation, that you’re better off not investing, and waiting until a time comes when you have enough to do so.

Especially if it’s coins like Bitcoin or Ethereum which need more capital of course to make good amount of profit for its investors. The money you have won’t turn into much with these if it’s amount of money you can afford to lose.

So obviously people opt for alts but then that just at some point becomes gambling and that’s why people lose so much money.
