The SEC sued Ripple (XRP) expressing XRP is a security. By not registering their sales with the SEC supposedly Ripple broke the law. That will be determined in court. Hopefully we will hear the results of that by early 2023 or the first half of 2023.
There are companies in crypto that are backing Ripple. Coinbase being one is huge. But is it enough?
How many of you believe in Ripple and why? How many of you still hold XRP? Where do you think realistically where XRP or Ripple as a company is going?
One thing is for certain, Ripple is a very interesting company and XRP is a very interesting cryptocurrency. And even though it has been delisted from Coinbase investors find ways to obtain it.
If Ripple wins it could be huge. If the SEC wins Ripple will supposedly move to another jurisdiction. It seems Ripple will remain whether it be in the USA or somewhere else. What are your thoughts on the matter?
